Natural Animal Fiber Cultivation Project.
We undertook a Natural Animal Fibre sustainability project for an LVMH Group company. The projects were centred around two distinct goals.
Project 1.
Required creating the farming conditions that would improve the quality of Alashan Goats’ fibre. Through careful scientific research, including genetic studies and careful animal selection, we managed to achieve an unprecedented level of Alashan yarn fineness.
Project 2.
Aimed to sustainably produce high-quality fibres from wild animals whilst guaranteeing the species’ well-being. This required genetic research aimed at reducing stress on the animals and complying with CITES regulations. The sustainability project also involved protecting the animal by curbing poaching and creating a social benefit towards the local communities.

Qooder contacted us about helping introduce their four-wheel scooters into the SEA Market. Together we conducted market-research in the SEA region to identify the countries where the product had the greatest legal, demand, and sales opportunities.
Peugeot.
Peugeot seeked to introduce their scooter into the Vietnamese market. To do so, we needed to establish a brand identity, resolve issues about price competition due to import taxes, and create an effective marketing strategy.
