About.

We are a small consultancy firm based in HCMC, Vietnam with extensive knowledge of the South East Asian markets. We are small enough to offer bespoke regional solutions, yet experienced enough to offer a global outlook. The company’s consulting know-how is spearheaded by Roberto Cristiani, a manager with over 26 years experience in South East Asia at Piaggio, Luxottica, and Sunglass Hut.

Our expertise ranges from providing consultancy to businesses seeking to enter the emerging markets of South East Asia to providing distribution channels at wholesale, retail & e-commerce levels. Whilst we are veterans of the motorcycle and two-wheeler industry, we have also tackled projects as diverse as cultivating Natural Animal Fibre in China & Mongolia to introducing Italian Ceramics in Vietnam. Furthermore, Roberto’s retail knowledge in developing Sunglass Hut’s retail network paired with our Health & Beauty experts in Italy have provided us with extensive knowledge for the successful distribution of Beauty & Cosmetic products.

As partners, we strive for honesty and clarity. Our first job is to understand the client’s vision and needs, not to present our own. We value timeliness, direct communication and solutions over presentations.
